Whereas, the Village of Romeoville ("The Village") is a municipality in accordance with the Constitution of the State of Illinois of 1970; and,
Whereas, the Village of Romeoville ("The Village") has heretofore reviewed the master lease agreement from Enterprise FM Trust; and,
Whereas, the Village of Romeoville ("The Village") has heretofore reviewed the Open-End (Equity) Lease Quotes for Seven (7) 2018 Ford Police Interceptor Utility Vehicles and Open-End (Equity) Lease Quotes for Three (3) 2018 Ford Sedan Police Vehicles from Enterprise Fleet Management; and,
Whereas, the Open-End (Equity) Lease Quotes includes both vehicles and a variety of equipment necessary to fully equip the vehicles for their intended uses; and,
Whereas, the Village has Seven (7) Marked Police Squad Vehicles and Three (3) Unmarked Police Vehicles that have reached the end their useful lives as front line serviceable vehicles and does not provide the features, functionality and reliability needed by the Village to continually operate in an effective and efficient manner and that the procurement of the vehicles was budgeted and approved in the 2018/2019 Fiscal Year Budget; and,
Whereas, the Seven (7) 2018 Ford Police Interceptor Utility Vehicles and Three (3) 2018 Ford Sedan Police Vehicles will provide the Village with the features and functionality it desires; and,
Whereas, Enterprise Fleet Management has set forth a combined quote price of $576,636.40 over a 60-month lease term ($9,543.94 per month) including Principal, Interest, Management Fees and End-of- Lease Service charges; and...
