A Resolution Authorizing Lisa Allen and Mike Braasch to enter into Contracts and or Agreements on behalf of the Village of Romeoville for the Roadway Salt Program

Whereas, the Village of Romeoville (“The Village”) is a municipality in accordance with the Constitution of the State of Illinois of 1970; and,
Whereas, application provisions to enter into contracts and or agreements for the Road Salt Program requires that the Village of Romeoville authorize a representative to execute documents applications and supporting documents; and,
Whereas, therefore it be resolved by the Village of Romeoville that Lisa Allen and Mike Braasch is hereby authorized to sign all application forms and documents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROMEOVILLE, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Village of Romeoville authorizes Lisa Allen and Mike Braasch to sign all loan application forms and supporting documents. Lisa Allen manages the Snow and Ice program as the Program Analyst and has access to State Portals for the Roadway Salt Program. The Assistant Director Mike Braasch authorizes the quantities for each road salt order that is made in Public Works.
Section 2. The Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication in pamphlet form, as provided by law.
