A Resolution Declaring Surplus Property and Authorizing the Disposition of a Crown Vic to Reza Auto Repair for use to Benefit the Special Olympics

Whereas, resolution 22-3366 was approved on April 6, 2022, and authorized the Crown Vic to be declared Surplus; and,
Whereas, it is the opinion of the corporate authorities of the Village that the disposal of said equipment to be turned over to Reza Auto Repair for use to benefit the Special Olympics.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROMEOVILLE, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The following listed item shall be declared surplus to Reza Auto Repair for use to benefit the Special Olympics
