                     Whereas, the Village of Romeoville (“The Village”) is a municipality in accordance with the Constitution of the State of Illinois of 1970; and,

                     Whereas, the purchase was budgeted and approved in the 2022-2023 Fiscal Year Budget, and this vehicle will be purchased for the amount of $1,026,468.00;

                     Whereas, the Village of Romeoville (The Village) has heretofore reviewed the purchase proposal from Sentinel Emergency Solutions and;

                     Whereas, the 2023 Rosenbauer, ACP 55 mounted on a Commander Custom Chassis from Sentinel Emergency Solutions of St. Louis MO, will provide the Village with the features and functionality it desires; and,

                                          NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROMEOVILLE, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:

                                          Section 1:                     The Village of Romeoville approves the staff to purchase one 2023 Rosenbauer, ACP 55 mounted on a Commander Custom Chassis from Sentinel Emergency Solutions of St. Louis MO;

                                          Section 2:                     That proposal hereto aforementioned provided by Sentinel Emergency Solutions of St. Louis MO, in the amount of $1,026,468.00, is attached.

                                          Section 3:                     The Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication in pamphlet form as provided by law.
