A Resolution Declaring Surplus Property and Authorizing the Disposition of Surplus Property (Above Ground Fuel Storage Tanks and Dispensers)

Whereas, the equipment owned by the Village of Romeoville listed below is no longer necessary or useful for the operation of the Village; and,
Whereas, it is in the opinion of the corporate authorities of the Village that the disposal of said equipment is in the best interest of the Village of Romeoville; and,
Whereas, the corporate authorities of the Village authorize and direct the disposition of said surplus property utilizing the sale of said property to Heritage FS as means of disposal of the equipment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROMEOVILLE, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
The following listed items shall be declared surplus property, utilizing the sale of the property to Heritage FS as means of disposal of the equipment.
(2) 2500 Gallon Above Ground Fuel Storage Tanks
(2) Fuel Dispensers
This resolution shall take effect after its passage, approval, and publication in pamphlet form, as provided by law.
