A Resolution Accepting a Bid and Entering Into a Two Year Contract With VisoGraphic for Seasonal Program Brochures

WHEREAS, the Village of Romeoville has heretofore reviewed the bids for printing of the Recreation Department seasonal program brochure and desires to accept a bid from VisoGraphic, a copy which is attached; and
WHEREAS, to permit the prompt commencement and completion of the aforementioned project, the Village must execute a contract with VisoGraphic for the performance of such work; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF ROMEOVILLE, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
Section 1: The foregoing Recitals are hereby incorporated into this resolution as if fully set forth in this Section 1.
Section 2: That the bid heretofore aforementioned is accepted.
Section 3: That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby respectively authorized to execute and attest to the execution of a two-year contract with VisoGraphic for the printing of the Recreation Department seasonal program brochure with the quote accepted herein and execute any further documents necessary to effectuate the same.
