Resolution to Purchase 3 Clorox Total 360 Electrostatic Sprayers and 12 Cases of Disinfectant Solution

Whereas, the Village of Romeoville (“The Village”) is a municipality in accordance with the Constitution of the State of Illinois of 1970; and,
Whereas, the Fire Department obtained 3 quotes for the purchase of 3 Clorox Total Electrostatic Sprayers and 12 cases of disinfectant solution from Warehouse Direct, Dobmeier Janitor Supply, Inc and Supply Chimp;
Whereas, the Village of Romeoville (“The Village”) Fire Department has heretofore reviewed the quotes since the Electrostatic Sprayers will be used to disinfect the departments ambulances, fire engines and facilities on a regular basis and the department has recommended to utilize the lowest quote submitted by Warehouse Direct in the amount of $13,835.89.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROMEOVILLE, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The Village of Romeoville approves the Fire Department to accept the quote obtained by Warehouse Direct for the purchase of 3 Clorox Total 360 Electrostatic Sprayers and 12 cases of disinfectant solution in the amount of $13,835.89;
Section 2: That the quotes hereto aforementioned submitted Warehouse Direct in the estimated amount of $13,835.89 is attached;
Section 3: The Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication in pamphlet form as provided by law.
