WHEREAS, the Village of Romeoville ("Village") has heretofore received three proposals to repair the masonry work at Deer Crossing Park from Cyberdyne Masonry Corporation for a total of $136,250.00; a proposal from Jimmy Z Masonry Corporation for a total of $170,000.00; and a proposal from A Horn Incorporated for $179,100.00; and

WHEREAS, the Village would like to accept the recommendation from Wight & Company (Exhibit A) for Cyberdyne Masonry Corporation to repair the masonry work at Deer Crossing for a total of $136,250.00; and

WHEREAS, the proposal from Cyberdyne Masonry Corporation to repair the masonry at Deer Crossing Park was the lowest cost to repair (Exhibit B); and

WHEREAS, to permit the prompt commencement and completion of the aforementioned project, the Village must execute a contract with Cyberdyne Masonry Corporation for the performance of such work.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROMEOVILLE, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS, that:

SECTION ONE: The foregoing recitals are hereby incorporated into this Resolution as if fully set forth in this Section 1.

SECTION TWO: That the various provisions of this Resolutions are to be considered severable and if any part or portion of this Resolution shall be held invalid by any Court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not be affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Resolution.

SECTION THREE: All prior Resolutions or parts thereof in conflict or inconsistent with this Resolution are hereby expressly repealed only to the extent of such conflict or inconsistency.

SECTION FOUR: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in pamphlet for as provided by law.
