Resolution: Release of Maintenance Bond Requirement Abri Credit Union (Formerly known as Argonne Credit Union)

Whereas, the Village of Romeoville (“The Village”) is a municipality in accordance with the Constitution of the State of Illinois of 1970; and,
Whereas, the developer is requesting that the Village void the requirement for the establishment of a one-year maintenance bond upon the July 18, 2018 acceptance of the public improvements for the Abri Credit Union development; and,
Whereas, Village management recommends voiding the one-year maintenance bond requirement for the Abri Credit Union development; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROMEOVILLE, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Village of Romeoville authorizes the voiding of the requirement for the establishment of a one-year maintenance period for the Abri Credit Union development.
Section 2. The Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication in pamphlet form, as provided by law.
