BE IT RESOLVED by the _ _Mayor___ and __Board of Trustees___ of the (Village / City) of ___Romeoville_____, Will County, Illinois, as follows:
SECTION 1: The Village / City of _ Romeoville___ is a member of the Public Water Commission of Frankfort, Joliet, Lockport, New Lenox, Rockdale and Romeoville.
SECTION 2: The __ Mayor_____ and ___Board of Trustees___ appoints Eric
Bjork, Director of Public Works of the Village of Romeoville, as a Commissioner of the Public Water Commission of Frankfort, Joliet, Lockport, New Lenox, Rockdale and Romeoville.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect upon passage and approval as provided by law.
