An Ordinance Approving a Variance to the
Zoning Code for 720 Geneva Avenue

WHEREAS, Louis and Elizabeth Rizzato (hereinafter referred to as "Applicant"), has requested the approval of a Zoning Code Variance to allow the construction of a two car detached garage; and,

WHEREAS, the site is located at 720 Geneva Avenue, north of Normantown Road in Hampton Park; and,

WHEREAS, said request for Variance has met all of the procedural requirements of the Village of Romeoville, Village Board of Trustees, Zoning Board of Appeals (8/14/18), Development Review Committee, and the Code of Ordinances, as amended; and,

WHEREAS, said request for Variance meets with the approval of the Village of Romeoville and hereby authorizes the Applicant to proceed according to the Development Regulations, Zoning Code and various requests made by the Development Review Committee, Zoning Board of Appeals, and Village Board of Trustees as described in the Report of the Zoning Board of Appeals (attached as Exhibit A), and supporting documentation; and,

WHEREAS, the request includes the following documents:
* Plat of Survey/Site Plan as Exhibit B
* Findings of Fact as Exhibit C

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROMEOVILLE, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS:

Section 1: That the above recitals and referenced reports are hereby made a part of this Ordinance;

Section 2: That approval of the Zoning Variance is hereby granted by the Village, in which the Village President is hereby authorized to sign, and the Village Clerk attest thereto, that the said Zoning Code Variance has met all of the requirements herewith and is authorized to proceed at the site legally described as follows:
720 Geneva Avenue (Lot 32)

LOT 32, BLOCK 4, IN HAMPTON PARK SUBDIVISION NO. 5, A SUBDIVISION OF PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 37 NORTH, AND IN RANGE 10 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED JUNE...
