A Resolution to Accept a Proposal with Wight & Company for
Schematic Design Through Construction Administration
Professional Services for the Redevelopment of Budler Park

WHEREAS, the Village of Romeoville has heretofore reviewed a proposal for schematic design through construction administration professional services for the redevelopment of Budler Park with Wight & Company for $22,700; and
WHEREAS, the Village desires to accept the proposal with Wight & Company based on the excellent work that they have provided the Village over many years and various projects; and
WHEREAS, a copy of the proposal is attached to this Resolution and incorporated herein as Exhibit A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF ROMEOVILLE, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE. The foregoing Recitals are hereby incorporated into this resolution as if fully set forth herein.
SECTION TWO. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby respectively authorized to execute and attest to the execution of a proposal for $22,700.00 with Wight & Company for schematic design through construction administration professional services for the redevelopment of Budler Park with the proposal accepted herein and execute any further documents necessary to effectuate the same in substantially the form attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A.
SECTION THREE. That the various provisions of this Resolution are to be considered severable and if any part or portion of this Resolution shall be held invalid by any Court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Resolution.
SECTION FOUR. All prior Resolutions and Resolutions, or parts thereof in conflict or inconsistent with this Resolution are hereby expressly repealed only to the extent of such conflict or inconsistency.
