A Resolution to Approve a Proposal from Hitchcock Design Group
for Professional Design through Construction Phase Services
for the Replacement of Village Park Tennis Court Lights

WHEREAS, the Village of Romeoville has heretofore reviewed a proposal for professional design through construction phase services related to the replacement of Village Park tennis court lights from Hitchcock Design Group; and
WHEREAS, the Village desires to accept the proposal for $15,200.00 with Hitchcock Design Group for said professional design through construction phase services based on the long-standing relationship with their professional staff and the excellent work that they have completed within the Village over many years; and
WHEREAS, the Village of Romeoville is an Illinois home rule municipal corporation under the 1970 Illinois Constitution; and
WHEREAS, a copy of the proposal is attached to this Resolution and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF ROMEOVILLE, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE. The foregoing Recitals are hereby incorporated into this resolution as if fully set forth herein.
SECTION TWO. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby respectively authorized to execute and attest to the execution of a proposal for $15,200.00 with Hitchcock Design Group for professional design through construction phase services related to Village Park tennis court lighting with the proposal accepted herein and execute any further documents necessary to effectuate the same in substantially the form attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A.
SECTION THREE. That the various provisions of this Resolution are to be considered severable and if any part or portion of this Resolution shall be held invalid by any Court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of t...
