A Resolution Authorizing an amendment to the existing agreement in order to extend the estimated ending date for the Phase I Engineering for I-55 Interchanges at Illinois Route 126 and Airport Road (Job P-91-130-07)

WHEREAS, it is necessary to revise the estimated ending date for completion of Job P-91-130-07 and thereby the obligation end date; and,

 

                     WHEREAS, it is mutually agreed the revised ending date of Obligation AL 07327 be extended to December, 31, 2010 making the term of this agreement May 30, 2007 to December 31, 2019; and,

 

                     WHEREAS, all remaining provisions of the original agreement and/or prior amendments are not altered by this amendment.

 

 

                     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF ROMEOVILLE, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS:

 

                     SECTION ONE.  The foregoing Recitals are hereby incorporated into this resolution as if fully set forth in this Section 1.

 

                     SECTION TWO.   That the Village President is hereby authorized and directed to execute this Amendment Agreement to extend the State Obligation end date.

 

SECTION THREE.   That the Village President is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Affidavit to Extend/Local Agency document which is required to avoid repayment of all Federal-aid reimbursements.

 

SECTION FOUR.  This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form as provided by law.
