Authorizing An Agreement with Call One for Telecommunications

Whereas, the Village of Romeoville ("The Village") is a municipality in accordance with the Constitution of the State of Illinois of 1970; and,
Whereas, the Village of Romeoville ("The Village") has heretofore reviewed the contract and plan offer from Call One for the provision of telecommunication services; and,
Whereas, the Village of Romeoville has budgeted funding for such telecommunications system services within the 2017-2018 Fiscal Year Budget; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROMEOVILLE, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the contract project plan hereto aforementioned made by Call One provides for one 36 month contract for vPRI (primary rate interface) lines and one 12 month contract for Standard Telephone lines POTS lines
Section 2. That after verification of paperwork by the Village Attorney, the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby respectively authorized to execute and attest to the execution of the contracts with Call One accepted herein and execute any further documents necessary for such services.
Section 3. The Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication in pamphlet form, as provided bylaw.
