AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF VILLAGE PROPERTY

Whereas, the equipment owned by the Village of Romeoville listed below is no longer necessary or useful for the operation of the village; and,
Whereas, it is the opinion of the Village that the disposal of said equipment is in the best interest of the Village.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROMEOVILLE, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS, that:
Section 1: The following listed items shall be declared surplus property and shall be sold in a manner that is most economically beneficial to the Village of Romeoville.

Section 2: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage approval, and publication in pamphlet form, as provided by law.
