A Resolution Awarding the Contract for the Decorative Street Lighting Phase 2 project to Utility Dynamics Corporation in the amount of $469,955.00 (4 formal bids were received).

Whereas, The Village of Romeoville (“The Village”) is a municipality in accordance with the Constitution of the State of Illinois of 1970; and,
Whereas, Village Staff accepted formal bids from four (4) qualified contractors to perform construction related services for the Decorative Street Lighting Phase 2 Project; and,
Whereas, Village Staff has reviewed the bids and recommends the Village Board formally award the contract to Utility Dynamics Corporation in the amount of $469,955.00;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROMEOVILLE, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: ACCEPTANCE AND AWARD OF CONTRACT: The Village of Romeoville hereby awards the contract to Utility Dynamics Corporation in the amount of $469,955.00 for the Decorative Street Lighting Phase 2 Project.
Section 2: The Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication in pamphlet form, as provided by law.
Section 3: RECITALS: The foregoing recitals are hereby incorporated into this Resolution as if fully set forth herein.
