Whereas, The Village of Romeoville (“The Village”) is a municipality in accordance with the Constitution of the State of Illinois of 1970; and,
Whereas, Village Staff received formal bids from five (5) qualified contractors to perform construction related services for the 2016 Manhole Rehabilitation Project at Poplar Ridge; and,
Whereas, Village Staff has reviewed the formal bids and recommends the Village Board award the contract to Front Range Environmental, LLC in the Amount of $67,300.00;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROMEOVILLE, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: ACCEPTANCE AND AWARD OF CONTRACT: The Village of Romeoville hereby awards the contract to Front Range Environmental, LLC in the amount of $67,300.00 for the construction of the 2016 Manhole Rehabilitation Project at Poplar Ridge.
Section 2: The Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication in pamphlet form, as provided by law.
Section 3: RECITALS: The foregoing recitals are hereby incorporated into this Resolution as if fully set forth herein.
