Resolution Entering into a Contract withTressler LLP for Legal Services

WHEREAS, the Village of Romeoville will be hiring a Hearing Officer to deal with administrative adjudications for the towing violation program and other local ordinance violations; and
WHEREAS, the Village has discussed hiring Tressler LLP to represent the Village with such services; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROMEOVILLE, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS, that:
Section 1: The Mayor and Village Clerk are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with Tressler LLP for the purpose of representing the Village as a Hearing Officer to deal with administrative adjudications for the Towing Violation Program and other local ordinance violations
