Title

An Ordinance Approving a Variance to the Zoning Code for Side Yard Setbacks for 551 S. Dollinger Drive and 569 S. Dollinger Drive
Body

WHEREAS, William Ryan Homes (hereinafter referred to as "Applicant"), has requested the approval of a Zoning Variance for the side yard setback on Lot 124 (551 S. Dollinger) and Lot 127 (569 S. Dollinger), and;

WHEREAS, the site is located in the Stone Bluff Subdivision which is now named Renwick Place; and,

WHEREAS, said request for Variance has met all of the procedural requirements of the Village of Romeoville, Village Board of Trustees, Zoning Board of Appeals (8/23/2016), Development Review Committee, and the Code of Ordinances, as amended; and,

WHEREAS, said request for Variance meets with the approval of the Village of Romeoville and hereby authorizes the Applicant to proceed according to the Development Regulations, Zoning Code and various requests made by the Development Review Committee, Zoning Board of Appeals, and Village Board of Trustees as described in the Report of the Zoning Board of Appeals (attached as Exhibit A), and supporting documentation; and,

WHEREAS, the request includes the following documents:
* Lot 124 application material attached as Exhibit B
* Lot 127 application material attached as Exhibit C

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROMEOVILLE, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS:

Section 1: That the above recitals and referenced reports are hereby made a part of this Ordinance;

Section 2: That approval of the Zoning Variance is hereby granted by the Village, in which the Village President is hereby authorized to sign, and the Village Clerk attest thereto, that the said Zoning Variance has met all of the requirements herewith and is authorized to proceed at the site legally described as follows:
