A Resolution Declaring Surplus Property and Authorizing the Disposition of Surplus Property (Vehicles)

Whereas, the equipment owned by the Village of Romeoville listed below is no longer necessary or useful for the operation of the Village; and,
Whereas, it is the opinion of the corporate authorities of the Village that the disposal of said equipment is in the best interest of the Village of Romeoville; and,
Whereas, the corporate authorities of the Village authorize and direct the disposition said surplus property by auction or trade in, whichever is best for the Village; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROMEOVILLE, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The following listed item shall be declared surplus property and shall be sold or disposed of in any manner in which is deemed sufficient. The below listed Honda Civic funds will go back to the police seizure account.
