A Resolution Authorizing an Appointment to the Southwest Agency for Risk Management

WHEREAS, the Village of Romeoville is a member of the Southwest Agency for Risk Management (SWARM); and
WHEREAS, it is required that an authorized agent be appointed to represent the Village of Romeoville.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF ROMEOVILLE, WILL COUNTY, ILLINIOS, that:
Section 1: The appointment of Dawn Caldwell, Village Manager, as the SWARM authorized agent is hereby approved.
Section 2: The appointment of Meagan Rawls, Human Resources Manager, as an Alternate is hereby approved.
Section 3: REPEALER: All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the provisions of this Resolution shall be, and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 4: EFFECTIVE DATE: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage. Approval and publication in pamphlet form as provided by law.
