A Resolution Authorizing a Representative to Sign Loan Documents for the IEPA loans for Spangler Lift Station

Whereas, the Village of Romeoville (“The Village”) is a municipality in accordance with the Constitution of the State of Illinois of 1970; and,
Whereas, application provisions for loans from the Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund for construction of sewage treatment works require that the Village of Romeoville authorize a representative to sign the loan applications and supporting documents; and,
Whereas, therefore, be it resolved by the Village of Romeoville that Dawn Caldwell is hereby authorized to sign all application forms and documents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROMEOVILLE, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Village of Romeoville authorizes Dawn Caldwell to sign all loan application forms and supporting documents.
Section 2. The Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication in pamphlet form, as provided by law.
