A Resolution Declaring Surplus Property and Authorizing the Disposition of Surplus Property

Whereas, the equipment owned by the Village of Romeoville listed in Exhibit A are no longer necessary or useful for the operation of the Village; and,
Whereas, it is the opinion of the corporate authorities of the Village that the disposal of said equipment is in the best interest of the Village of Romeoville; and,
Whereas, the corporate authorities of the Village authorize and direct the disposition said surplus property by auction, sale or trade in, whichever is best for the Village; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROMEOVILLE, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The following listed item shall be declared surplus property and shall be sold or disposed of in any manner in which is deemed sufficient.
Section 2: This resolution shall become effective upon passage, approval and publication.
