A Resolution Declaring Surplus Property and Authorizing the Disposition of the Surplus Property

Whereas, the equipment owned by the Village of Romeoville listed below is no longer necessary or useful for the operation of the Village; and,
Whereas, it is the opinion of the corporate authorities of the Village that the disposal of said equipment is in the best interest of the Village of Romeoville and,
Whereas, the corporate authorities of the Village authorize and direct the disposition of said surplus property by auction, donation or trade in, whichever is best for the Village; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROMEOVILLE, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The following listed in Exhibit A shall be declared surplus property and shall be donated to the Wilco Area Career Center for the use of training.
Section 2: This resolution shall become effective upon passage, approval, and publication.
