An Ordinance Approving the Meeting Dates for the Calendar Year 2026 for the Village of Romeoville Boards and Commissions

Now, therefore be it Ordained by the President and Board of Trustees for the Village of Romeoville, Will County, Illinois As Follows:
Section 1: Approval of Meeting Dates
That the meeting dates, places and times for the calendar year 2026 for the Village of Romeoville Boards, Committees and Commissions as enumerated in Exhibit A as attached hereto are approved.
Section 2: Publication of Meeting Schedule
That the Clerk of the Village of Romeoville is directed to publish such notice of meetings in a newspaper of general circulation in the Village of Romeoville, post a copy at the Village Hall, transmit a copy to all news media who have filed a request pursuant to the Illinois Open Meetings Act, forward a copy of such notice to the members of such named Boards, Committees and Commissions and distribute it as otherwise required by law.
This Ordinance shall become effective upon passage, approval, publication in Book and Pamphlet form, and in a newspaper of general circulation as provided by law.
