A Resolution Establishing a Development Security for Native Pond Plants at Village Place Apartments Romeoville, Illinois

Whereas, the Village of Romeoville (“The Village”) is a municipality in accordance with the Constitution of the State of Illinois of 1970; and,
Whereas, a retention basin containing native pond plantings has been constructed as part of the Village Place Apartments development; and,
Whereas, Village Staff has determined that a security in the amount of $20,000.00 should be established to ensure the proper establishment of the native plantings; and,
Whereas, the Developer is providing a security for native plantings at the Village Place Apartments development in the amount of $20,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROMEOVILLE, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. A security in the amount of $20,000.00 for native pond plantings at the Village Place Apartments is hereby established.
Section 2. The Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication in pamphlet form, as provided by law.
