A Resolution to Approve a Real Estate Agreement with Carillon Adult Master Association

Whereas, the Village agrees to purchase the Carillon Triangle Parcel identified as PIN 06-03-01-200-012-0000; and,
Whereas, the Village agrees to purchase at a purchase price of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), upon the terms, covenants, conditions and agreements set forth herein, the “premises” consisting of the following: (a) that certain real property legally described as set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROMEOVILLE, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Incorporation of Recitals: The foregoing recitals are hereby incorporated into this Resolution as if fully set forth herein.
Section 2: Approval of Real Estate Agreement: The license agreement is hereby approved under the conditions and terms contained therein.
Section 3: Repealer: All other Ordinances or parts of ordinances of the Village of Romeoville that are inconsistent with this ordinance are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4: Severability: In the event any word, phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph, provision, or section of this Resolution or any portion thereof shall be held to be unconstitutional, unenforceable, or void, the same shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining words, phrases, clauses, sentences, paragraphs, or sections thereof.
Section 5: Effective Date: The resolution shall take effect after its passage, approval, and publication in pamphlet form, as provided by law.
