Title
An Ordinance Approving a Special Use Permit for a Planned Unit Development - Final Development Plan for All World Storage (315 N Independence Blvd)

Body
WHEREAS, Gidget Callaghan, manager of 315 Independence, LLC, holder of the beneficial interest under a trust agreement known as First Midwest Bank Trust No. 802 (hereinafter referred to as "Developer") has requested the approval of a Special Use Permit for a Planned Unit Development - Final Development Plan for All World Storage at 315 N Independence Blvd; and,

WHEREAS, said request is for the 20 acre site with the PIN of 11-04-03-102-008-0000; and,

WHEREAS, said site has been covered by multiple previous approvals including: ORD 98-2552 An Ordinance Authorizing a Special Use Permit for a Planned Unit Development; ORD 99-2549 An Ordinance Directing the Execution of an Annexation Agreement; ORD 02-0083 An Ordinance Approving and Amendment to the Annexation Agreement; ORD 02-0078 An Ordinance Approving a Special Use Permit for a Planned Unit Development; and RES 14-1883 A Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a Redevelopment Agreement; and,

WHEREAS, said request for a Final Development Plan would replace the previous approvals with a current and accurate site plan; and,

WHEREAS, said request for a Final Development Plan includes the following exhibits:
* Site Plan drawn by Geotech Inc. with the most recent revision dated 11-7-16 and attached as Exhibit A; and,
* Vehicle Parking Restrictions attached as Exhibit B; and,

WHEREAS, said request has met all of the procedural requirements of the Village of Romeoville, Village Board of Trustees, Planning & Zoning Commission, Development Review Committee, and the Code of Ordinances, as amended; and,

WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission held a Public Hearing on December 13, 2016 to discuss the proposal as outlined in the PZC Report attached as Exhibit C; and,

WHEREAS, said request meets with the approval of the Village of Romeov...
