A Resolution Approving a Final Plat of Subdivision
and a Plat of Easement
VNA Health Care (160 N. Independence Blvd.)
Body
WHEREAS, VNA Health Care completed the construction of its 10,430 square foot medical clinic at 160 N. Independence Blvd., and has requested the approval of a Final Plat of Subdivision, attached as Exhibit A and prepared by Intech Consultants, and a Plat of Easement, attached as Exhibit B and prepared by Intech Consultants; and,
WHEREAS, the Final Plat of Subdivision creates the required utility easements for the on-site utilities constructed for VNA, and the Plat of Easement creates the necessary easements for connection to the offsite utilities on Romeoville High School property and the connection to the south driveway on Romeoville High School property that leads up to the stoplight at Route 53 and Material Road; and,
WHEREAS, said request for a Final Plat of Subdivision and a Plat of Easement has met all of the procedural requirements of the Village of Romeoville, Village Board of Trustees, Planning & Zoning Commission, Development Review Committee, and the Code of Ordinances, as amended; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission held a public meeting on November 8, 2016, and recommended approval of said Final Plat of Subdivision and Plat of Easement; and,
WHEREAS, said request for Final Plat of Subdivision and Plat of Easement meets with the approval of the Village of Romeoville and hereby authorizes Developer to proceed according to the Development Regulations, Zoning Code and various requests made by the Development Review Committee, Planning & Zoning Commission, and Village Board of Trustees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROMEOVILLE, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
Section 1: That the above recitals and referenced reports are hereby incorporated and made a part of this resolution.
Section 2: That approval of the Final Plat of Subdivision (attached as Exhibit A) and Plat of Easement (attached as Exhibit B) is hereby granted by the Village, in which the Village President is hereby authorized to sign, and the Village Clerk attest thereto, that the said Final Plat of Subdivision and Plat of Easement has met all of the requirements as herewith attached and is authorized to proceed at the site legally described as follows:

Of part of the west half of the southwest quarter of Section 3, Township 36 North, Range 10 East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Will County, Illinois.

Final Plat of Easement
The East 365.82 feet (as measured from the centerline of Joliet and Chicago Road) of the south 535 feet of the north 975 feet of that part of the west half of the southwest quarter of Section 3, lying west of the center of the Joliet and Chicago Road (now known as Alternate Route No. 66); (Except that part conveyed to the State of Illinois, Department of Transportation as contained in Warranty Deed recorded May 29, 2013 as Document Number R2013-062927 in Township 36 North, Range 10 East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Will County, Illinois.
