A Resolution Approving a Plat of Easement

For Sanitary Sewer for PLJ Partnership LP and Ward Family Land Trust

Body

 

WHEREAS, Molto Properties LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Developer”) has requested the approval of a Plat of Easement attached as Exhibit A and prepared by V3 Companies; and,

 

WHEREAS, said request is for an unincorporated parcel owned by PLJ Partnership LP, an Illinois Limited Partnership and Ward Family Land Trust at 75 S. Weber Road; and,

 

WHEREAS, said request is needed for an off-site sewer for the Molto project at Weber and Taylor Roads, and

 

WHEREAS, said request for a Plat of Easement has met all the procedural requirements of the Village of Romeoville, Village Board of Trustees, Development Review Committee, and the Code of Ordinances, as amended; and,

 

WHEREAS, said request for Plat of Easement meets with the approval of the Village of Romeoville and hereby authorizes Developer to proceed according to the Development Regulations, Zoning Code and various requests made by the Development Review Committee, and Village Board of Trustees.

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROMEOVILLE, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS:

 

 

Section 1:                     That the above recitals and referenced reports are hereby incorporated and made a part of this resolution.

 

Section 2:                     That approval of the Plat of Easement (attached as Exhibit A) is hereby granted by the Village, in which the Village President is hereby authorized to sign, and the Village Clerk attest thereto, that the said Plat of Easement has met all of the requirements as herewith attached and is authorized to proceed at the site legally described as follows:

THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 36 NORTH, RANGE 10 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN EXCEPTING THEREFROM THE EAST 60 FEET OF SAID NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM THE NORTH 1015.00 FEET OF THE EAST 509.92 FEET THEREOF AND ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM THOSE PARTS OF THE AFORESAID NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER CONVEYED TO THE COUNTY OF WILL FOR USE OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS PER WARRANTY DEEDS RECORDED AS DOCUMENT NO. R80-33640 AND DOCUMENT NO. R2000-112726, AND ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM THAT PART OF SAID NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER DEDICATED TO THE VILLAGE OF ROMEOVILLE BY PLAT RECORDED AS DOCUMENT NO. R2003-141120, IN WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS.

Section 3:                     That this approval is subject to compliance with outstanding staff comments and Village Ordinances.  The Village Engineer shall perform the final review of the plat to ensure said compliance.

 

Section 4:                     That this Resolution shall become effective upon its passage, approval, and publication as provided by law.
