A Resolution Acknowledging the Receipt of Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) Reports Pertaining to Audits of Motor Fuel Tax (MFT) Expenditures

WHEREAS, IDOT has enclosed a copy of Documentation Review No. 42 covering receipt and disbursement of Motor Fuel Village for the period beginning January 1, 2006 and ending April 30, 2019
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the President & Board of Trustees
Section 1: The President & Board of Trustees hereby acknowledges receipt of Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) reports pertaining to audits of Motor Fuel Tax (MFT) expenditures.
Section 2: This resolution will be presented at a board meeting and filed as a permanent record.
Section 3: IDOT has certified that the Village’s documentation of receipt and disbursement of MFT funds is true and correct and is in agreement with IDOT’s records for these periods. IDOT is now fully current through the 2024 fiscal year with their audits of the Village’s use of MFT funds
