A Resolution to Waive the Bidding Process and Approve the Proposal from McCahill Painting to Paint the Training Tower located at 1321 Enterprise Drive

Whereas, the Village of Romeoville (“The Village”) is a municipality in accordance with the Constitution of the State of Illinois of 1970; and,
Whereas, the Romeoville Fire Academy is requesting the approval to accept the proposal from McCahill Painting, Romeoville, IL., to paint the old training tower this spring during a period of less demand for training.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROMEOVILLE, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The Village of Romeoville approves the proposal from McCahill Painting, Romeoville, IL., in the amount of $31,180.00 to paint the Training Tower located at 1321 Enterprise Drive;
Section 2: The Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication in pamphlet form as provided by law.
