National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Stormwater Program Presentation
The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency requires individual municipalities, including the Village of Romeoville, to obtain and maintain permits authorizing the discharge of storm water from the municipal storm sewer systems to the receiving waters.
