A Resolution to Approve an Agreement with Robinson Engineering for the Lower Industrial BP Rebuild Illinois Funding

WHEREAS, by the Village of Romeoville is proposing for roadway improvements
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the President & Board of Trustees
Section 1: Robinson Engineering shall prepare plans, specifications, and estimates and provide construction observation for the street reconstruction and resurfacing of various streets in the Village of Romeoville. The work shall include field topography, drafting, plan preparation, cost estimates, specification preparation, agency coordination, bid coordination, construction observation, contractor payout review and approval and all required IDOT documentation and closeout documentation.
Section 2: The President is hereby authorized to execute an AGREEMENT with Robinson Engineering for the above-mentioned project.
Section 3: This resolution will become Attachment 3 of the AGREEMENT.
Section 4: The Village Clerk of Romeoville is directed to transmit 4 (four) certified originals of this resolution to the Regional Engineer’s District office.

Holloway Clerkin and said of Romeoville, Illinois, and keeper of the records and files thereof, as provided by statute, do hereby certify the forgoing to be a true, perfect, and complete copy of the resolution approved by the Village of Romeoville, Illinois, and keeper of the records at its meeting on the 16th day of October 2024.
