A Resolution Approving a Plat of Easement
For Kiddie Academy at 1311 W. Airport Road

WHEREAS, Sami Uddin, Kiddie Academy franchisee, (hereinafter referred to as "Developer") has requested the approval of Plats of Easement attached as Exhibit A and prepared by Ruettiger, Tonelli & Associates, Inc. and,
WHEREAS, said request for Plats of Easement has met all of the procedural requirements of the Village of Romeoville, Village Board of Trustees, Development Review Committee, and the Code of Ordinances, as amended; and,
WHEREAS, said request for Plats of Easement meets with the approval of the Village of Romeoville and hereby authorizes Developer to proceed according to the Development Regulations, Zoning Code and various requests made by the Development Review Committee, and Village Board of Trustees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROMEOVILLE, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
Section 1: That the above recitals and referenced reports are hereby incorporated and made a part of this resolution.
Section 2: That approval of the Plats of Easement (attached as Exhibit A) is hereby granted by the Village, in which the Village President is hereby authorized to sign, and the Village Clerk attest thereto, that the said Plats of Easement have met all of the requirements as herewith attached and is authorized to proceed at the site legally described as follows:
OUTLOTS 2A AND 2B IN ROMEOVILLE CROSSINGS 1ST RESUBDIVISION, BEING A RESUBDIVISION OF OUTLOTS 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 AND 8 IN ROMEOVILLE CROSSINGS, BEING A SUBDIVISION OF PART OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 36 NORTH, RANGE 10 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED APRIL 17, 2008 AS DOCUMENT NO. R2008-05031B, IN WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
