A Resolution to Acknowledge Receipt and Accept the Illinois Department of Transportation Motor Fuel Tax Audit Reports

Whereas, the Village of Romeoville has been requested by the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) to present reports from audits of documentation of Motor Fuel Tax (MFT) fund receipts and disbursements at a regular Board Meeting, and to file the reports (two reports, covering the periods of May 1, 2006 through April 30, 2019 and May 1, 2019 through April 30, 2023) as a permanent record.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROMEOVILLE, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Incorporation of Recitals: The foregoing recitals are hereby incorporated into this Resolution as if fully set forth herein.
Section 2: Acknowledgement of IDOT MFT Audit Reports: The Village of Romeoville acknowledges receipt of the MFT audit reports, and files the reports as a permanent record.
Section 5: Effective Date: The resolution shall take effect after its passage, approval, and publication in pamphlet form, as provided by law.
